Batman: Arkham Knight’s release date has been pushed back to June 23.

Previously delayed to June 2 after originally announced for October 14, 2014, the game’s new release was revealed this morning via the game’s official twitter account.

No reason or details were given for the cause of the delay, but the new delay is much shorter than the previous one, only adding another three weeks until the game is available for players worldwide.

Earlier this year, it was announced that ‘Knight’ would be the first of the Batman games developed by Rocksteady to receive an M for mature rating and was later detailed by the ESRB.

‘Knight’ is expected to be the last game in the Arkham series. How do you feel about this delay? While we wait, check out the latest trailer for the game.
