Half-Life 2: Update is a Steam Community made, Valve approved mod of the eleven year old game.
Developed by Filip Victor, the update will feature enhanced visuals that were made using Valve’s updated Source engine, better lighting and particle effects, as well as “countless bug fixes.” Additionally, the mod will add an in-game “Community Commentary” mode that gives insight on the title’s development and influence upon the gaming world.
Half-Life 2: Update will be available for free tomorrow, March 27, via-Steam.
