To celebrate Star Wars Day, EA and DICE revealed that the upcoming title Star Wars Battlefront will have 12 multiplayer maps available at launch, and confirmed 4 locations: Endor, Tatooine, Hoth, and Sullust. We’ve also gotten some details on the inspiration behind the planet Sullust, which was previously unvisited in the Star Wars universe.
The level design team over at DICE travelled to Iceland to capture the essence of the landscape, including the fog, the jagged rocks, and the barren wasteland. So think of Sullust as Iceland, but a little more intimidating…and with a lot more lava.
