As an added incentive to pre-ordering Nintendo’s upcoming game Splatoon, pre-ordering the game at GameStop will grant access to some Super Smash Bros. DLC. The DLC entitles pre-orders access to costumes for your Mii fighters, so you can get the Inkling fashion without necessarily playing Splatoon.
Nintendo of America tweeted this for more clarity: “Players who pre-order or purchase #Splatoon at GameStop will receive a code for Splatoon DLC costumes in #SmashBros for #WiiU!”
As of now, the DLC is only available for pre-order with GameStop. Europeans will have to wait and see if Nintendo of Europe sets up anything with a retailer. For more news on the upcoming Splatoon release, stay tuned to Gamespresso.
