Tony Hawk is back, announced only a few days ago – Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 is attempting to take the franchise back to its roots. A move which may rejuvenate the virtual skating scene that has stagnated somewhat over the past few years.
Riding on the recent hive of activity, UK retailer GAME has just announced they’ve secured exclusive rights to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 versions of the game. Retail Managing Director, Charlotte Knight, had this to say on the matter:
We’re just as excited as fans at the announcement of Tony Hawk’s® Pro Skater™ 5. It’s a game that will appeal to skateboarders and gamers of all ages – we know that many of our customers have grown up perfecting their tricks and this new release will put their skills to the test. With our exclusive format, there is a game for everyone.
