The long-awaited Patch 1.03 for The Witcher 3 finally hits Xbox One today. The patch hit Ps4 owners earlier in the week and CD Projekt apologized for the wait on Twitter.

“Sorry for the wait.” Those were the words from CD Projekt Red’s community lead Marcin Momot.

The patch locks the game at a 30 frames per second rate. It also adds minor visual tweaks and bug fixes. There was also some concern with an experience glitch bug that Momot addressed as well.

“First of all, it doesn’t impact the game balance in any significant way,” Momot said. “Also, you will be able to finish the game with your character achieving a level within the threshold we had in mind when we designed the game.”

The bug was that players doing quests six levels or below beneath their level were not earning experience points for completing said quest. CD Projekt Red has made plans to fix this bug. Patch 1.04, which will address that particular bug will come to PC on Monday, and Xbox One and PS4 in “the following days.”

The Witcher 3 will be supported for a long time to come, according to the developer. What are your thoughts on The Witcher 3? Are you playing it insatiably like I am? Let us know in the comments below.
