Even if you’re not a 5-year subscriber of PlayStation Plus, there still may good news for you.

When free games drop on the service, they will now arrive on the first Tuesday of each month in Europe, after previously being released on the first Wednesday.

The change will begin with July’s games when they arrive on Tuesday, July 7.

“Hey folks. As of this month, Plus games go live in both EU and US on the first tuesday of the month (no longer Wednesday in EU). The first Tuesday in July is 7th July, hence why the games aren’t launching this week,” blog manager Fred Dutton writes in a comment on the PlayStation Blog.

July’s PlayStation Plus free game lineup has yet to be announced, but Japanese subscribers recently learned they will receive Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate on PlayStation Vita and Guilty Gear Xrd SIGN on PlayStation 4.

PlayStation Plus is celebrating its 5th anniversary this month. If you’ve been along for the entire ride, you may be entitled to a special gift.

Let us know below what you’re hoping the July PlayStation Plus games turn out to be when they arrive on July 7 in both North America and Europe.
