During the Xbox E3 press conference today, Microsoft, confirmed that the Gears of War Ultimate Edition is in fact real.
The re-release has been rumored for a long time now, with footage leaking online earlier this year. Gears of War studio, Black Tusk, recently renamed to The Coalition, unveiling both Gears 4 and this remastered edition for the original Gears games on Xbox One to spearhead their “new” studios games lineup.
A one-week public beta kicks off today and will launch later this summer on August 25.
