Konami announced Thursday that Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Dualist will come to PS4 and Xbox One this summer. The game will only be available for download and cost $19.99, with add-on content for $4.99 each.

The upcoming game will feature key plot points, decks, and characters from all seasons of the show, offering the player a “a nostalgic journey to the memorable world of the Yu-Gi-Oh! series”.

Konami describes the game as follows.

“Players from around the world have been invited to take part in an elite Dueling program that simulates the best Duels from every era of Yu-Gi-Oh!. Gamers can replay actual events in the Yu-Gi-Oh! timeline, from the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series up to Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL, featuring the same storylines, characters, and Decks in a brand-new Story Campaign.”

Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc V content has been confirmed to come at a later date, along with other decks, avatars, and playable characters. The game also features the new Battle Pack Sealed Deck and Draft modes for online and offline play.

The game will be the most comprehensive Yu-Gi-Oh! game to date, offering the player 6,600 cards to mix and match.

    That first season and 5DS was the best of the bunch. Wish this came out on the PC too but I suppose I can’t complain, just more fun for the new gen consoles 🙂
