Battlefield Hardline was released back in March. Now, PlayStation 4 gamers are having issues with the game’s Ultimate Edition DLC.

PlayStation 4 players are having issues with the Battlefield Hardline’s Criminal Activity DLC. It has been found that this issue is only affecting PlayStation 4 users who have the Ultimate Edition, as owners of the Standard and Deluxe editions are not having problems.

The Battlefield Hardline content can be downloaded, but it is not being registered as validly purchased DLC. On the Battlelog forum, one user stated: “Ok. It’s not downloading it that is the problem, that works fine but once installed it doesn’t register as a valid purchased DLC. When told to do so it says ‘no content’ under ‘My Downloads.'”

Producer Zach Mumbach has responded to the complaints, assuring players that Visceral Games is looking into the problem. He states: “First off, I apologize. This sucks. Right now we are looking at all the digital versions on PS4 to make sure everyone can download. Best update I can give you right now.”

The Battlefield Hardline Ultimate Edition is the most expensive version of the game, setting players back $119.99. This version off the game includes exclusive Battlepacks, as well as early access to DLC content. The Criminal Activity DLC that was part of the Ultimate Edition introduced four new multiplayer maps, a new Bounty mode, more masks, and more.

Battlefield Hardline is available now on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
