When the original Odin Sphere was first released in 2007, it gained high praise for its beautiful artwork, compelling story, and great flowing gameplay. Now developer Vanillaware has decided to return to this praised adventure.
It was announced today that Odin Sphere will be getting an HD remake in 2016, titled Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir. Even better news is that it is coming to North America. Like other HD remakes as of late, the graphics will not be the only thing to be updated. Certain RPG elements and combat are getting upgrades as well. Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir will also be gaining some new content, such as new monsters and voice acting for the story.
