Criterion Games have teased an “amazing announcement” that you won’t have to wait too long to see.
Longtime Criterion producer Pete Lake said on Criterion Games’ website, “I’ve been working on a couple of super-secret things that I can’t talk about yet, but we’ll have something amazing to reveal soon…!”
At E3 2014, Criterion Games announced an extreme sports game featuring ATVs, Wing suits, Planes, and more on EA’s stage. However this game wasn’t even in pre-alpha at E3 2014, and was nowhere to be seen at E3 2015.
While not confirmed by Criterion, it is safe to assume this new “amazing announcement” will be revealed at Gamescom 2015 next month.
Criterion Games is best known for their work on the excellent Burnout series, as well as Need for Speed: Most Wanted, the latest game in the repertoire.
