Halo 5: Guardians is on its way faster than you may think. Soon it will be time to run and gun with the best of them in the new 12 v 12 multiplayer chaos they are calling “Warzone.” If you’re a fan of Halo, don’t go into the latest installment without th brand new free app.
In a follow-up to the Halo Channel that was released on Xbox One and Windows devices last year, 343 Industries has announced the app is now available for download on IOS and Android. There is also a Windows 10 version in development. With the Halo Channel app players will be able to see the latest updates on all things Halo, from small updates, to videos, to news on the latest competitive tournaments. Those who download the app and watch a single video will also receive a promotional REQ pack that includes an emblem for Halo 5: Guardians.
Those who had the previous version of the Halo Channel will also receive the pack, but it won’t be available until the game’s actual release date. Halo 5: Guardians will be available October 27th for Xbox One.
