Disney’s D23 Expo will be held in California this August. It seems that we will see a few different game titles at the event, including Star Wars Battlefront and Kingdom Hearts 3.

Held on August 14-16, Disney’s D23 Expo will take place at California’s Anaheim Convention Center. At the event, there will be an on-stage presentation featuring Star Wars Battlefront and Kingdom Hearts 3. Disney Infinity 3.0 will also make an appearance. The presentation will feature “never-before-seen” gameplay and trailers, an in-depth look at Battlefront, and some “special surprises” for Kingdom Hearts 3.

The games will also be shown on the show floor, along with other titles such as Frozen Free Fall, where attendees will be able to check out hands-on demos. It is being heavily implied that Battlefront will be playable, with a post on the D23 website saying that guests can go “hands on with Star Wars.” Battlefront was playable at E3, and will be playable at Gamescom, so it would not be surprising if the game is playable at D23.

Battlefront will not be the only Star Wars title at D23. Mobile title Star Wars: Commander and Bandai Namco’s arcade dogfighting sim Star Wars: Battle Pod will also be at the Expo.

Disney Infinity will also have a part at the show, with an augmented reality “virtual Toy Box” experience, based on the game’s mode. There will also be three new toy sets to try out: Star Wars Twilight of the Republic, Star Wars Rise Against the Empire, and Pixar’s Inside Out.
