After revealing that rOtK would be joining their roster, LGD have now released their official line. Alongside rOtK, ddc will also be joining the team. This also means that team captain xiao8 and Yao will be stepping down to make room for the new additions. Xiao8 had been considering retirement for some time now, and feels that this is the best time for him to leave. Yao, who had been with the team since he joined in 2011, posted an emotional weibo post where he explained that he will be taking a much needed break, rather then retiring.
rOtK talking about his move explained that eHome was a team that took on new players. He stated that does not want to train rookies, but instead wants to play with “his brothers”. The desire to reunite with Burning and LaNm unfortunately has not worked out. The three ex Big God players have ended up playing in three separate teams.
