Apple recently sent out invites for a September 9 event and it’s expected that the next iPhone will be announced then.
If the company keeps up their usual pattern we should be seeing an iPhone 6S alongside a new version of the iPhone 6 Plus. According to CNET, a new iteration of the Apple TV may also be revealed. Reporters on Buzzfeed also suggest that new iPads may also be present.
This new event is scheduled for exactly one year after last year’s event, where Apple announced the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus (both of which have been huge successes for the company).
Apple also reported a huge increase in profit in July 2015.
