Destiny’s The Taken King expansion will launch on September 15th. We now know that the game’s latest raid will release three days after the expansion.

Destiny’s latest raid, King’s Fall, will release September 18th. According to Bungie, it will be the game’s largest raid yet. It centers around the Hive King Oryx, and his presence in the game’s world, says Taken King creative director Luke Smith. “The raid is really the culmination of that story,” Smith says.

Destiny will also be receiving a major patch on September 8th. The patch will replace Peter Dinklage’s voice acting with that of Nolan North’s. It will also retool weapon balancing, bounties, and characters’ light level.

King’s Fall will be the third raid for Destiny. It follows Crota’s End and Vault of Glass. The raids are some of the hardest missions in the game, though players have beaten them by themselves.

Destiny’s The Taken King will release on September 15th. It will release on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. The expansion marks the beginning of year two for Destiny.
