Evolve Ultimate Edition appeared on Amazon’s website earlier today despite no official announcement from 2K games.

Product pages for the game for both Xbox One and PS4 have surfaced with a reported release date of November 3 at a cost of $60. The package seems to contain the game with all of the DLC released for the date up until this date.

Evolve, the 4v1 hunting title originally released earlier this year on February 10, and while it launched to numerous reviews praising the game’s concept, the title failed to maintain long term appeal and quickly dropped off of many’s people radars.

The Ultimate Edition for the game may be an attempt for the developer to bring the game to even more players. While it may not have had as long-lasting appeal as 2K hoped, the game sold admirably, with distributor Take-Two calling Evolve “a commercial success,” shipping more than 2.5 million copies to date.  Take-Two further stated that the ” property would be a permanent franchise for them,” leading many to believe a full-fledged sequel is in the works as well.

So, if you didn’t pick up Evolve the first time, will the Ultimate Edition convince you to do so during this very busy fall season? Let us know in the comments below.
