Bethesda has revealed the minimum and recommended PC hardware requirements needed to run it’s upcoming open-world RPG, Fallout 4. Additionally, the storage space required to install the game on consoles has been revealed, with between 28 and 35 GB of storage space being taken up on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, depending on the territory and languages supported.

Minimum

  • Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
  • Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 30 GB free HDD space
  • NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent

  • Intel Core i7 4790 3.6 GHz/AMD FX-9590 4.7 GHz or equivalent
  • 8 GB RAM
  • 30 GB free HDD space
  • NVIDIA GTX 780 3GB/AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB or equivalent

Bethesda has also said that Fallout 4 will unlock digitally at 12:01 AM in local time in all territories. The unlock time in North America will be 12:01 am EST, in Asia it will be available at 12 AM on Tuesday, November 11, and 12 AM on Thursday, December 17 for Japanese vault dwellers.

The Fallout 4 launches on November 10th for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
