Don’t expect any news of the mod capabilities for Fallout 4 anytime soon, as Bethesda are focusing on the forthcoming worldwide release of the game first.

With now less than two weeks to go before the monumental worldwide release of Fallout 4 on November 10th, Bethesda marketing VP Pete Hines took to Twitter to answer some questions about the forthcoming game. “If it’s ok with you, we’re gonna focus on the game release first and talk about mods when we’ve figured some stuff out” Hines said, replying to a question from a fan about the mods for Fallout 4.

In previous related news, Fallout 4’s mod tools – dubbed the Creation Kit – won’t be available at launch on November 10th, but will instead be available sometime in early 2016. Players on PC can then take the time to create any kind of mod they can imagine for the game, and some of these mods will then arrive on Xbox One, before being available at a later date on Playstation 4.

Fallout 4 launches worldwide on November 10th for PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One, and has recently finished development and gone gold.
