Are you looking forward to the release of Blizzard’s new shooter Overwatch? Unfortunately, there is still no set release date for the title. There is, however, an Overwatch beta coming that you could be lucky enough to play.
In a report from GameSpot, Blizzard announced that the beta will begin in the American regions on October 27th. To be able to participate in the Overwatch beta, you must be a Battle.net user on Windows and access it on the Battle.net desktop client. Only those invited will be able to participate, but more testers will be added gradually. The Overwatch beta will also eventually open up to Europe and Asia.
There was no end date given by Blizzard, which means those lucky enough to be chosen might have a good amount of time to test out their new skills. Overwatch will be Blizzards first new franchise in 17 years.
