Developer Housemarque, the makers of hit titles such as Resogun and Dead Nation, has updated its website to include multiple countdown clocks, hinting at multiple reveals during Paris Games Week. In addition to the main clock, there are five additional countdowns each corresponding to a different day of the event.
The most likely subject of some of the reveals is Alienation, the spiritual successor to Dead Nation. Alienation is a top-down shooter last seen at E3 2015, though in a limited context. Could this event be the game’s spotlight?
Alienation is a PS4 exclusive, drop-in drop-out multiplayer shooter. The game will include a single-player component in addition to the title’s co-op option and player-versus-player multiplayer. Though no release date has been revealed, that bit of info is likely to be revealed here.
