The co-founder of Respawn Entertainment, Vince Zampella, recently spoke out about their upcoming game Titanfall 2. He didn’t go into specifics about the game, but he did tease some information.

“I can’t say just yet,” Zampella said in an interview with Polygon. “I promise that it will be worth the wait.”

Zampella officially confirmed that Titanfall 2 was in development back in March of 2015. The first game of the franchise was released only for Xbox and PC, but the next game could be released for many more platforms. Zampella also said that there could be a single-player mode, but nothing has been written in stone yet.

Titanfall has had more than 10 million players play the game. Electronic Arts has stated that Titanfall 2 will become available in 2016 at the earliest.

In the mean time, Respawn Entertainment is also working on a mobile Titanfall game and has announced a partnership with Nexon for the games. The first of these mobile Titanfall games will be available in 2016 for iOS and Android.
