Bandai Namco announced a lot of DLC for their upcoming role-playing game, Tales of Zestiria, and that a majority will be free at launch.
According to their blog, the DLC will be varied. Already announced is the “Exclusive Mystic Artes” which are powerful spells used in combat for Mikleo, Lailah and Alisha; “Alisha’s Story”, an additional chapter explaining what happened to Alisha after her journey ends with Sorey; adventure items to help you on your journey; a free 23-skit pack which has “brilliant comedy value”; an Attachment Set to “spice up your party” and a multitude of costume sets including school, beach and Evangelion sets.
A majority of this content will be free if downloaded immediately after release and before a certain date. No price has been given for the content if the deadline is missed. If it is purchased on the Playstation Network, the DLC will be cross-by meaning it will work on PS3 and PS4 systems.
Tales of Zestiria will be available on Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 on October 16th and on PC on October 20th.
