PlanK-69 of DeviantArt has ripped files from the PC verson of Fallout 4, including perk magazines, miscellaneous manuals, billboards, and more.
The files include Astoundingly Awesome Tales, Covert Operations Manual, Grognak the Barbarian, Guns and Bullets, Live and Love, Massachusetts Surgical Journal, Tales of a Junktown Jerky Vendor, Tesla Science Magazine, Tumblers Today, Unstoppables, and Wasteland Survival Guide. This isn’t the first time that something has been either ripped or leaked from Fallout 4, with gameplay being leaked not once, not twice, but three times. On top of the footage being leaked ahead of release, Fallout 4 also had its menu leaked, a manual leaked, and screenshots. Some of these leaks were just day before the actual release of Fallout 4, making it pretty evident that Bethesda has a very loose grasp on its files.
