Total War Attila: Age of Charlemagne will take the Total War series back to medieval times, where there will be a new medieval campaign.
The release date for Total War Attila: Age of Charlemagne is December 10th, and along with the new campaign, features 50 conquerable provinces and hundreds of hours of gameplay. New units will include Knights, Housecarls, and other appropriate units from the time period of 768AD.
Total War Attila: Age of Charlemagne will be visiting medieval times for the 3rd time in Total War series, not having done so since 2006. You can take a look at the full trailer below, and get ready for the expansion – releasing in only 15 days.
Total War Attila released on February 17th, 2015, and received mostly positive reviews. Metacritic has it resting at 80/100.
