The return of the popular rhythm game franchise has been a joy for many fans with the launch of Guitar Hero Live. With nearly an infinite number of great songs to rock out to, Activision and FreeStyleGames are looking to keep players happy with new content for as long as possible.

It may already be November, but it has been announced that over 70 more songs will be added to the Guitar Hero Live catalog by the end of 2015. In the report from Gamespot, it was stated that these songs will be available through the online mode known as GHTV and can be purchased with in-game currency or real money. While no specific songs with revealed yet, they will come from artists such as Judas Priest, Weezer, System of a Down, and more.

To help promote the release of new songs, Activision is giving free access to GHTV this weekend, November 6th to the 8th. There’s a lot to do in Guitar Hero Live and more to come.
