Collectibles are the name of the game when it comes to games these days, but there is one special collectible that you can’t get just anywhere.
Reported on Reddit by user itisjabob, those who purchase Halo 5 on at least some US military bases will be receiving a collectible challenge coin with it. The coin (which looks amazing) features Master Chief and Spartan Locke locked eye-to-eye on one side and an image of a Guardian, the game logo as well as branches of the military: Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard on the other side.
Challenge coins are used throughout the military and some outside organizations to commemorate special achievements by that person or used to prove membership to that organization. These coins are a play on that history.
