The internet has proven its worth once again by way of a nightmarish recreation of the Teletubbies intro through the use of GTA V.
Created by merfish, the video is curiously accurate; only the character’s outfits and behavior are modded after the titular characters with the scene taking place in the Los Santos hills. The Teletubbies theme is dubbed over the video for added authenticity, though a certain cameo at the end certainly helps with the unnerving vibe.
It wouldn’t be a stretch of the imagination to see these things chasing down a person in the street.
There’s no shortage of hilarity to be had on merfish’s channel, from other TV intro recreations to dropping humpback whales onto unsuspecting citizens.
