Months after it’s initial release in May, CD Projekt Red has released a brand new trailer for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, dubbed the “Epic” trailer.
The trailer, which you can see for yourself below, highlights the game’s major achievements this year, which include it’s release to critical acclaim in May, through the free DLC campaign, all the way up to Hears of Stone, which was released last months to even further critical success.
Polish developer CD Projekt Red will be releasing the next and final expansion for The Witcher 3, titled Blood and Wine, sometime during the first half of 2016. The expansion is set to offer players over 20 hours of new story content as well as a brand new area to explore. Notably, it will also mark the final time Geralt of Rivia will feature as the protagonist in an entry for The Witcher series.
In related news, it was recently unveiled that the game cost a total of $81 million to fully develop and market, and that a feature film based on the series is in pre-production, looking at a 2017 release.
