The excitement during Playstation Experience 2015 continues to grow with the announcement of MLB 16: The Show for PS4 and PS3, continuing a game series that is known for consistent quality and innovation.

SCEA San Diego, developers of the upcoming game, continue this tradition with the ShowTime system. ShowTime will allow players to slow down time in a game’s most important moments. With this extra control, players have the ability to fine tune home runs, diving saves and base reactions to make them count more than ever.

The Show series is known for the “Road to the Show” career mode, letting players begin as rookies and work their way to a Hall of Fame standing. For the newest game, gameplay perks are now unlockable through the training system to hone your baseball finesse during your career. The Road to the Show mode has also been streamlined to allow players to continue from game to game without having to visit the main menu in-between; a paradigm has also been added to ensure players can maximize their time base-running and fielding.
