As the hit show goes through its 14th season, the series creator Seth MacFarlane provided a tease to a new Family Guy movie. For those who don’t know, that there was a Family Guy movie in the first place – it was a straight to DVD movie called Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story released in 2005. This movie later saw a three episode release where Stewie searches for the truth to who his real father is.
The way this hint was dropped was in a conversation on Twitter with the show’s creator.

This is not the first time a new movie was hinted at. Back in 2014 at San Diego Comic-Con, Family Guy director and producer Peter Shen said work began on a new movie. This was put on hold due to Seth Macfarlane working on Ted 2.
