Fans of the Yakuza series of games have two new reasons to be exited. As part of the Playstation Experience keynote Gio Corsi of Sony Computer Entertainment America revealed a new trailer for Yakuza Zero coming to PS4 and announced a new release date for Yakuza 5 on PS3.
The Yakuza Zero trailer shows the game takes place in 1988 making it a prequel to the other Yakuza games. In addition to the games time the trailer reveals the two main characters to be Kazuma Kiryu “the Awakening Dragon” and Goro Majima “the Caged Dog”.
On the heels of the new game’s trailer the US release date for Yakuza 5 was revelaed to be December 8, 2015. The game will be available on PS3.
