Freelance 26 year old concept artist RJ Palmer, infamous for his series on realistic depictions of Pokémon, has created yet another amazing piece which shows Nine Tales in all his majestic glory accompanied by a friendly Vulpix!
Palmer has had his artwork featured on various gaming websites and “spends his days drawing and enjoying burritos.”
