Exploding Kittens, the recently released table card game from the Oatmeal is coming to iOS on January 21, developers have announced.
The application has been developed by Substantial, a Seattle based developer in collaboration with The Oatmeal. The goal of the application is to “not just replicate the original game, but evolve and improve it for old and new fans alike.”
The game is played with players taking turns drawing cards until someone picks up an exploding kitten card, which ends the game – unless that player has a defuse card, which can defuse the kitten with belly rubs, sandwiches or catnip.
There is no word on a version for Android at this stage.
