Hark! The Treyarch folk have spoken and bestowed upon their loyal players a double weapon XP bonus this weekend. According to the Treyarch twitter, Call of Duty: Black Ops III will be receiving a week long booster for all players that want to increase their weapon levels.
In Call of Duty: Black Ops III, as your weapons gain XP, you unlock more attachments and other forms of customization. These customizations can be either cosmetic or gameplay-affecting. Various attachments include scope, stock and clip sizes. The weekend lasts until Friday the 5th of February to Monday the 8th of February at 10 AM PST.
Call of Duty: Black Ops III was released on November 6th, 2015 for PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. The upcoming DLC ‘Awakening’ is slated for a release sometime soon which includes the ‘Der Eisendrache’ Zombie mode map will also be available for all versions of the game. You can pick up Call of Duty: Black Ops III for around $60 USD.
