World of Tanks only released on the PS4 a few weeks ago and it’s already set to receive its first huge content update: British tanks.
In what’s being called the British Invasion update, the content addition will bring in over 40 different British tanks to the game’s roster, which includes light, medium, and heavy tanks. As well, tank destroyers and artillery will be added.
Along with the new tanks and tech tree, World of Tanks is adding eight new maps, all which can be found on the official post about the content update. As well, the Type-59 tank is being added to the PS4 update. While it seems odd to add a Soviet tank in an updated titled “British Invasion,” Wargamming stated that the tank was “highly sought after,” pushing them to just add it in as soon as possible.
