It’s fun watching Koei Tecmo just embracing the insanity. Revealed in the latest Famitsu magazine, development studio behind Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 will bring back the pole dancing. While discussions will be had about the necessity of this, Tecmo will be there to quietly place their finger on your lips and shush you.

Dead or Alive Xtreme is a spin off title from the main fighting game series. This spin off title throws caution to the wind and sprinkles a fair bit of fan-service for good measure. The game became notorious for its further use of the game’s various jiggle physics and its controversial objectifying nature.

Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 will be available on PlayStation 4 and Vita on the February 25th in Japan and other Asian markets. There doesn’t appear to be a western release planned, but if you’re hankering to play the game, it will be region-free and have an English option (I wonder why). I don’t really need to say much about this do I? To each their own.
