A sequel almost as much longed for as Half Life 3, new rumors have surfaced about Beyond Good and Evil 2.
A report by Destructoid has stated that Beyond Good and Evil 2 will be a Nintendo NX exclusive title. Destructoid‘s source is Alexander Maier, a writer for Dual Pixels who has previously leaked correct information on new Pokémon forms and Microsoft’s IllumiRoom project.
The rumors state that the game will be titled Beyond Good and Evil: The Prejudices of Philosophers, a reference to Nietzsche. In his book Beyond Good and Evil, his first chapter is titled The Prejudices of Philosophers. As well, we’ve seen Nintendo pick up exclusive sequels before, namely Bayonetta.
While nothing has yet been announced, we’ll hopefully hear more about it soon. Maier also stated that it’s slated for a 2017 release date, assuming his rumors hold true.
