Nuketown had been a fan-favorite map in the Call of Duty: Black Ops series for years. For Black Ops III, the map was re-imagined for the newest generation of consoles and the game’s new momentum-based, chained movement system. Now, Black Ops III developer Treyarch has announced that Nuk3town will be available for free.
Originally a bonus map, Nuk3town will be available to all Call of Duty: Black Ops III players on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Unfortunately, the map will not be available for players on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Treyarch has also announced that they will be adding a Nuk3town 24/7 Playlist to Black Ops III for the next week. In addition, players will receive the Nuk3town Personalization Pack, which includes a Nuk3town themed Weapon Camo, three Nuk3town themed weapon reticles, and a Nuk3town themed calling card.
