Nioh is a historical action game very loosely based on a man named William Adams, who was a blonde haired samurai with mixed race parents. I say loosely based, because I don’t think Adams ever fought giant demons, as is seen in the new footage released by Team Ninja.
If you haven’t heard of this game before, you should pay attention now, because it looks fantastic. The new footage released shows off smooth sword play as the hero takes out bad guy after bad guy. The environment is absolutely gorgeous with perfect lighting, fog, and realistic flames. When Nioh comes out later this year, it should be able to compete with the best.
The new released footage, shown below, was first seen by those who attended the Tokyo Game Show in 2015. Now the public is getting a look at it, and it should bring excitement. Nioh will be released later this year for PS4.
