Do you love yourself some Yo-Kai?
If you do, today is your day; Nintendo has confirmed that the sequel to Yo-Kai Watch will come to the West later this year on September 30th, 2016.
“After being such a massive sensation in Japan, it’s great to see the U.S. start to embrace the mischievous and lovable Yo-kai,” Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, said. “We’re excited to continue bringing fun Yo-kai experiences stateside this year.”
The sequel to the game features larger explorable areas, more than 100 new Yo-Kai, the ability to travel back in time and more.
In addition, those looking for even more Yo-Kai will be able to select from two different versions of the game: the sequel will be released as Bony Spirits and Fleshy Souls, with each version containing exclusive Yo-Kai, similar to Pokemon.
