With just weeks left until the release of No Man’s Sky, Sony is planning to spend this time answering the most popular question: what do you get to do in No Man’s Sky?

According to developer Hello Games’ Sean Murray, creator of No Man’s Sky, there are four main things to do in the game: explore, trade, fight, and survive. With each passing week, Sony will focus on one of these aspects and detail how they will play out in the game, starting this week with explore.

A new trailer was posted on the PlayStation Blog showing off the beauty and sheer size of the galaxy in No Man’s Sky.

“With more than 18 quintillion planets to be explored across billions of miles of space, there’s plenty to be seen in No Man’s Sky,” the post reads. “As the discoverer of flora, fauna, and even planets, you’ll be able to name your discoveries and claim them to be seen by fellow space pioneers.”

Sony will be posting updates focusing on the game’s other three “pillars,” trading, fighting and surviving, in the coming weeks leading up to the game’s long-awaited and highly anticipated release.

No Man’s Sky officially releases on PS4 and PC on August 9.
