An image for one of the maps that will be available in the next Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 expansion, entitled Descent, has been released on the game’s Twitter account.
The post features a piece of concept art for the new Berserk map. In it, we see a large viking lodge in the midst of a frosty tundra. Also featured in the tweet is the description “Fight through blizzards and claim victory in the Viking village of Berserk.”

The upcoming Descent DLC will release on the PlayStation 4 on July 12th, and presumably one month later on PC and Xbox One. The expansion will feature 4 new multiplayer maps: Berserk, Cryogen, Rumble, and Empire. Also included in the DLC is a new Zombies map titled Gorod Krovi.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is available on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. The next game in the series, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, will release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 4, 2016. A demo was shown for the title at Sony’s E3 press conference, which showed off the title’s brand new space setting. The game will feature zero-gravity environments and aerial combat. The Legacy, Digital Deluxe, and Legacy Pro editions of Infinite Warfare will also come with Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Remastered.
