The universes that have been created and maintained by Blizzard Entertainment are some of the best in the video game industry. It only made sense to combine characters and lore of these franchises when making their MOBA, Heroes of the Storm. With a new event for this teamwork title, worlds are about to collide even more. Starcraft is making a crash landing into the Nexus and it’s going to be big.
Blizzard has announced the Heroes of the Storm event, Machines of War, which will see a whole new battleground to the game, bringing the war of Koprulu sector comes to the Nexus. Fight through enemy Zerg, capture beacons, fill holding cells, and be victorious.
Included in this event are two new heroes, new skins, and more. First is Alarak, Highlord of the Tal’darim. He is an assassin who seeks vengeance for his people. The other is Zarya, Soldier of the Russian Defense Force. She is a warrior only looking to use her strength to protect the ones she cares about. For skins, we have Queen of Ghosts Kerrigan, The Butcherlisk, and others. New mounts include Ghost Speeder and Obsidian Cyber Wolf.
