IO Interactive has announced that they are planning three seasons of their episodic title, Hitman.

When asked by a fan if there will be a second season of Hitman on Twitter, the developer stated that they are planning to have three seasons of the game, despite season two not being confirmed yet. It was also mentioned that remaking old levels for the new game is a possibility, though the team is currently focusing on creating new content.

The latest episode of Hitman was the Summer Episode that was released last month. The episode is only available to those who own the Full Hitman Experience, or a combination of the Intro and Upgrade packs. The episode will be made available for individual purchase at a later time.

The bonus episode features two new ICA missions, eight new Opportunities (four for each of the new missions), two new weapon/gear unlocks, two Agency Pickup locations (one for each new mission), sixty new challenges across both new missions, and seven new achievements. Other new features include improvements to the game’s leaderboard, loading screens, Featured Hub, and fixes for minor bugs that existed in the game.

Hitman is available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
