Developer NeocoreGames has announced (via Gamasutra) that The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is coming to the PlayStation 4 and the newly announced PlayStation 4 Pro.
Both versions of The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing will take advantage of the DualShock 4 controller, contain high-res graphics, and offer a platinum trophy. NeocoreGames notes that the PlayStation 4 Pro version of the game will “run in significantly higher resolution and with an even smoother frame rate” with “more details to come soon.”
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is an action role-playing game originally released in 2013.
“Put on your wide-brimmed hat, grab your weapons and embark on an incredible adventure in the gothic-noir world of Borgovia, where mad science threatens the fragile peace between monster and mortal,” the game’s description reads.
The title will be one of many announced to take advantage of the upcoming PlayStation 4 Pro console, in addition to upcoming titles such as Horizon: Zero Dawn and Insomniac Games’ Spiderman, as well as already-released games such as Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor.
In addition to the Van Helsing series, the team behind the game is known for titles such as Deathtrap, Crusaders: Thy Kingdom Come, The Kings’ Crusade and King Arthur: The Role-playing Wargame series and is currently working on Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr.
