Ubisoft has announced two beta test dates in November for Steep, an open-world extreme sports game. First, an early access beta will run between November 10 to 14, while an open beta will be available between November 18 to 21 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.

The open beta will be access via digital download. For early access, sign up on the game’s official website. Steep lets players explore the snowy mountains of the Alps and Alaska by using skis, wingsuits, snowboards, or paragliders.

“These Beta phases will allow players to discover the diversity of Steep’s world by exploring, riding and completing dozens of challenges through three of the seven regions that compose Steep’s massive open world inspired by the Alps –  the Aravis, the Tyrol and the Needles,” Ubisoft said in a press release. “Players will also find nine Mountain Stories – narrative-based contests that will delve deeper into unique moments in the world of Steep – throughout their journey. Completing these challenges and Mountain Stories will also unlock new gear for players to customize their characters.”

Development for Steep is led by Ubisoft Annecy. The game will be release internationally on December 2. Stay tuned for more updates on the game leading up to its launch.
