Nvidia is showing off some sweet new Titanfall 2 footage, showcasing the game running on the powerful Titan X graphics card. The video, provided below, shows off one of the single-player missions, ‘Trial by Fire’, in 4k resolution and 60 frames per second. The result is an incredible smooth and gorgeous environment. Unfortunately, unless the device used to view the videos can run 4K, some viewers may not see the full graphical potential.

Aside from the dazzling display, the game teases some of the new weapons and features available to the Titans in the sequel, including the Tone’s ability to rain down a barrage of rockets on enemies. Otherwise, the video shows the familiar maneuverability and potency of the mechs.

If this video isn’t enough to whet your appetite, Nvidia also released some non-Titan combat footage a while back, which also features the game running on a machine using the Titan X graphics card.

The game is put to its paces, with the video showing off a lot more movement for both Titan and non-Titan gameplay. The smooth rendering makes the game look and feel gorgeous. Also, the second footage shows off a bit more of the Ronin mech’s Sword Core gameplay, which was something teased in the previous mech exclusive video.

Titanfall 2 is set to release on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on October 28th.
