According to a new rumor, the next Call of Duty title by Sledgehammer Games will be set in Vietnam.

IGN Spain claims that Sledgehammer Games’ next Call of Duty title will be set in Vietnam. The studio’s previous title in the series was Advanced Warfare, but before that, Sledgehammer was reportedly on a third-person installment that took place in 1960’s Laos and Cambodia. The game would have had either Fog of War or Vietnam as a subtitle, but ultimately was canceled. It is unknown if the upcoming title would use anything from the Fog of War project.

This would not be the first time that a Call of Duty title has been set in Vietnam. The first Black Ops title had also touched down in Vietnam.

The beta for the upcoming Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is going on now. This first wave of the beta is only for PlayStation 4 gamers who have pre-ordered Infinite Warfare. This phase of the beta will run until October 17th. During the beta, players will be able to try out three of the game’s six Combat Rigs: the Warfighter Rig, the Merc Rig, and the Synaptic Rig.

Call of Duty: Infinite will release for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 4th.
